Is it funny to say that the way to feel full longer is to actually eat?
Yes, we know. A lot of us are on diets and can’t exactly eat as much as we want in danger of ruining our routine. This is one of the most stressful things about going on a diet and balancing your sanity and life with everything else. I have been on this end of the spectrum where I had to mentally say “no” to a tempting slide of pizza while STARVING and it’s taxing on the mind. Thinking about the workout and how tired I am and will remain to be so for the remainder of the week, about not catching a break because eating some snacks will ruin everything, about how the damn diet isn’t working at all and how everyone around you seem so healthy and skinnier than you are without trying while you struggled to put on the jeans you bought.
It’s absolute garbage.
First of all, do whatever you want and eat whatever you want. I had to learn this for myself and not care about my figure all that much because it was too much on my mentality. I still fought to keep myself healthy though, since that is very important. But no one should be going through a diet or a workout if they don’t really want to. All they should be doing is ensuring that they are well and healthy. That said, that doesn’t mean you should be overeating or else you run the risk of actually getting a disease from being obese. If you want to avoid that from happening, then learn the techniques of how to stay full longer.
- Eat blueberries (they have powers that actually help you burn fat)
- Try some aromatherapy (scent helps with hunger sometimes, and they also stop you from feeling hungry)
- Exercise a bit (enough to lose the unwanted sweat in you)
- Eat grapefruit (this fruit will actually help cut back on fat and will lessen your hunger pangs)
- Don’t ignore carbohydrates (like potatoes)
- Eat almonds (they have unsaturated fat and fibre)
- Chew gum (doing so will prevent you from being hungry all day)
- Eat fatty foods (the “good” kind that will actually keep your body healthy and keep you full)
On the side note, eat more vegetables, won’t you? They’ve been recommended to be eaten by doctors for a reason. They are very healthy and most of them even help you cut back on fat. On top of that, it feels great to actually eat something that doesn’t have grease, cheese and sugar for once. Aside from partaking in the list above, be mindful of what your habits are. You can be happy and free but don’t be overindulging.
